chisusport Color Management and Control
-
1.Color Standard
Establish a unified system—incorporating Pantone standards, physical color swatches, customer-approved samples, and color reference cards—to define a single, definitive color standard and prevent discrepancies caused by digital files or screen displays.
-
2.Artwork & Pre-Production
Review artwork, Pantone colors, logos, and sponsor details; confirm fabrics, printing techniques, and production specifications; and obtain client approval via physical samples.
-
3.Golden Sample
A "Golden Sample" is created for each order, documenting the style number, fabric, color, workmanship, and version to serve as the color benchmark for mass production and subsequent reorders.
-
4.Production Process Control
Strictly control key parameters—such as ICC profiles, ink, temperature, time, and pressure—for sublimation and digital printing, and implement first-article verification as well as in-process color checks.
-
5.Inspection & Color Difference
Multi-stage color inspections are conducted on fabrics, prints, cut parts, and finished garments using standard light sources, visual comparison, and necessary color measurement instruments; products showing anomalies are promptly isolated and addressed.
-
6.Traceability & Continuous Improvement
Establish comprehensive color traceability records—covering customer requirements, artwork, fabric batches, ink, and equipment, through to QC results—and drive continuous improvement using KPIs such as color-related complaint rates, rework rates, and first-pass yields.
